FAQ

Shipping

  • A: This depends which product(s) you’ve ordered. Some of our products are purchased as pre-orders, which will be stated on the product page. Hand-painted keycaps can take between 2-6 weeks to be sent out depending on the order queue and complexity. You can check our Updates page to see the status of our group buys!

Note that if your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-ordered item, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered item is in stock. You can order each item separately to avoid this!

  • A: Don’t worry, this is very common. Just fill out our contact form with your order number and new address and we’ll take care of it!

  • A: We stopped offering international shipping on our website after several packages got lost in transit. However, if you are willing to pay for DHL shipping (which is more expensive than USPS/UPS, but more reliable), we can process an order for you. Send us a contact form with your address to get a shipping quote!

The only exceptions are our Hasbro licensed products (Magic: The Gathering, Transformers, and Scrabble), as our contract with Hasbro only lets us sell them in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We hope to obtain global distribution rights in the future!

Painting advice

  • A: Any miniature-grade acrylic paint works great. We recommend Game Color, Model Color, and Army Painter paints.

  • A: We use 2-3 light coats of Montana Gold Acrylic Matte Varnish. Depending on the finish you want, you can also try Semi-Gloss or Gloss.

  • A: If we’re not too busy at the studio, our paint team can do custom keycap paint jobs! We typically charge $65 - $85 for a custom painted artisan. You can ask for more information through our contact form.

Miscellaneous

  • A: Some of our products have delivery estimates by quarter (ex: Quarter 3, or Q3 for short). Here is the breakdown:

    - Quarter 1: January, February, March
    - Quarter 2: April, May, June
    - Quarter 3: July, August, September
    - Quarter 4: October, November, December

  • A: Reach out to us! Sometimes we have leftover stock and we can help you out.

  • A: Unfortunately, we are unable to sell any of the keycaps we have made for other companies’ promotional campaigns (Xbox Gamepass, Stack Overflow, etc.).
